What information we collect

We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your enquiry — when you complete our contact form, email us, or call us. When you use our website we also collect limited technical and usage data (such as pages visited) through cookies and analytics, where you have consented.

How we use your information and our lawful basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, manage our relationship with you, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: your consent (for example, marketing or non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract (to deliver our services), and our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run our business), as well as compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business — such as our cloud accounting software (Xero), our website and CRM platform (HubSpot), and professional advisers — who act as our processors under appropriate agreements, and with HMRC or other authorities where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records. Where you become a client, we retain records for as long as required to provide our services and to meet legal and regulatory retention requirements (typically at least six years for accounting records).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
